Lean Expert Knowledge Injection Drucken

Most companies have already responded in a number of ways to the need for internal knowledge development and knowledge transfer among employees in order to remain competitive.

Typically organizational functions, e.g., an in-house consultant group, continuous improvement team, six sigma team, etc. have been set up to lead knowledge management and dissemination. These functions typically consist of experienced hires, to bring in consulting and expert knowledge, combined with young, high- potential talent.

There are few programs designed to keep this group up to date, interested, and operating in continuous improvement mode. The external knowledge resources currently on the market are limited, ineffective, or too expensive relative to their impact.

To close this gap we offer a special Train the Trainer service, with training sessions designed to level-up or to enhance the knowledge base of change agents, in-house consultants, kaizen team members. All training sessions are customized to the specific needs of the group, based on a joint team assessment of existing knowledge and areas in need of development.

We provide the latest lean & operational knowledge gained from our own research, specialist books, conferences and seminars. Knowledge transfer is well structured, compact, and embedded in our overall knowledge-navigator framework (see Knowledge Transfer)

Besides increasing the knowledge base of the team, our addition coaching activities will also improve individual presentation and consulting skills.
